It all began with a small yet profound idea, a vision shared by three friends: Obai, Sarah, and myself. We stumbled upon a seed, not just any seed, but one that held the promise of a future where education was more than learning by rote – it was a journey of the heart. We saw in it the potential to nourish not just minds, but souls. So, with hands joined and hearts united, we sowed this seed.

When Passion Met Purpose

On a day marked by the gentle pitter-patter of rain, a journey began in a modest room of an old sanatorium. It was a space that echoed with possibilities, where the walls listened and the floors whispered of futures yet to be written. It was here, in this unassuming room, where I met two incredible women, Sakina and Marzia, whose curiosity and eagerness breathed new life into our vision.

Golden Spiral wasn't just a school; it was a canvas where dreams met reality. We were a small group, fueled by a passion for an education system that respected each child as an individual, a unique soul with boundless potential. Our beginnings were humble, the resources scarce, yet our spirits were rich with determination. We started with seven children, each a beacon of promise, and from there, our family grew.

The Growth of a Community

From seven to seventy, then soaring to a hundred and seventy, our journey saw us move from the sanatorium to a bungalow that echoed with laughter, creativity, and the music of learning. Each step, though daunting, was a step towards a vision we all shared – a vision of nurturing, growth, and community.
