The Golden Spiral School - Annual Fair, Explore the World of Spirals!

As many of you know, The Golden Spiral School is in its eleventh year, and as the number eleven signifies, we are embracing a sense of renewal—a rebirth of sorts!

Having a decade behind us, we would now like to turn our gaze to the gifts we hope the next decade will bring to the school community. Having turned a full circle, the school finds itself once again at a starting point, but this time, on a new circle of growth. The Golden Spiral is thus at the beginning of a new trajectory as it tries to find answers to these imminent questions of its purpose and vision, for the years to come. A natural progression of this line of thought was to return to our roots and rekindle the inspiration that was at the heart of The Golden Spiral initiative 10 years ago– the cosmic law of the ‘spiral’.

Wherever there is growth, there will be a spiral, and that makes the spiral a universal principle. It gives us great pleasure to announce that for the theme of the Annual Fair we will be exploring the fascinating world of spirals – right from their cosmic significance, to their amazing mathematical principle and their depictions in culture and history as an important symbol of renewal and growth.
